A few of my lovely blogging pals show their week in photos.
I love the idea as it gives a quick snapshot of what we’ve got up to and it’s a nice reminder if you build up a collection, to look back on.
We have had my step sons staying with us all week. So we’ve been out and about lots. Trying to juggle all of the clubs they do, can be a bit tricky. Someone has football while the other has a swimming lesson, but it’s all fun!
So here’s this week in photos…
Top Left: We took Ethan and Connor paddle boarding at Sandbanks. They had never done it before but really loved it. The water was so calm. We only had one fall in!
Top Middle: Harley was invited to an extra training session with his football coach at the training ground for AFC Bournemouth. It gave him just a slight taste of what it’s like for the pros!
Top Right: I took part in the Summertime Surprise Project organised by Lucy at Capture by Lucy. You are paired up with someone else and basically send them a lovely parcel full of surprises! My partner was in Belgium and this is a sneak peak of some of the things that I received. There was even a little pressie for Lola and Harley in there too. So unbelievably thoughtful.
Middle Left: My sister in law and her children came down for a visit. The boys and Lola love seeing their cousins. Unfortunately, Mr. Rain didn’t want us to have a day at the beach, so we had lots of fun in the arcades at the pier. Lola loved driving the Sonic car!
Middle Right: Harley and I went to a stunt show one evening. Gosh it was so lovely to spend some time alone with him and see his eyes light up as he saw the motorbikes flip in the air. He loved the monster trucks and watching the cars drive up on 2 wheels. It was a lovely evening and if the Extreme Stunt Show is on near you, Harley and I really recommend it.
Bottom Left: My Mother in law sent me a little parcel of these fab yellow stripy straws and Cath Kidston bubble bath. Im loving drinking out of mason jars at the moment with paper straws. It’s definitely helping me to drink more water too.
Bottom Middle: We managed to go to our favourite place at the beginning of the week. Sandbanks is the most beautiful of beaches. I feel very lucky to have grown up living here and love it that my children are doing the same.
Bottom Right: With my curly locks, Lola.
