Weekly Weigh In ~ Wk 3

Wow, 3 weeks in. And I’m still loving it. I’ve stuck to the meal options from Diet Chef and am delighted to say that I do not feel hungry. I am topping up the meal plans with my own fruit, veg and salad. My favourite meal of the week was the chilli con carne to which I added spring onion and avocado. It was delicious, very filling and I didn’t want the plate of food to end!

For the first time this week, I had a chocolate milkshake as a meal replacement. I was a little apprehensive as 1) I don’t like chocolate milkshake 2) I didn’t think that it would keep the hunger at bay.

I loved it. It was delicious and did in fact keep me going until dinner time.

Total lbs lost: 10

Inches lost this week (taken over 4 measurements): 3

Total inches lost: 13

 I also just wanted to share with you, that I completed all 3 training sessions for the Couch to 5K run, that I started this week.  I hated every minute but felt brilliant once I had done it. Now I have to step it up a gear in Week 2! Wish me luck!

  1. Whoop whoop whoop, so pleased for you and how well you are doing. I did laugh out loud at your honesty – I hate it!! I went for a run on Saturday also and although I use to do it pre babes 5 days a week, I was more into surviving this one than times. All the best for this week. You CAN do it x

  2. Sounds like you’ve done so well and the meals look fantastic. Good luck with the running, I can’t bear the thought of it as I’m such a terrible runner but it is a great way to exercise and clear the mind I think! xx
