Wow, 3 weeks in. And I’m still loving it. I’ve stuck to the meal options from Diet Chef and am delighted to say that I do not feel hungry. I am topping up the meal plans with my own fruit, veg and salad. My favourite meal of the week was the chilli con carne to which I added spring onion and avocado. It was delicious, very filling and I didn’t want the plate of food to end!
For the first time this week, I had a chocolate milkshake as a meal replacement. I was a little apprehensive as 1) I don’t like chocolate milkshake 2) I didn’t think that it would keep the hunger at bay.
I loved it. It was delicious and did in fact keep me going until dinner time.

I also just wanted to share with you, that I completed all 3 training sessions for the Couch to 5K run, that I started this week. I hated every minute but felt brilliant once I had done it. Now I have to step it up a gear in Week 2! Wish me luck!
